We have several squirrels that frequent the two oak trees out back. As I watered one of them flattened himself along the top of the privacy fence appearing to watch what I was doing. Then suddening he sprang over to the nearest oak swishing his tail and chattering. I decided perhaps he wanted to be sprayed and raised the watering wand up and gave him a quick spray. He swished his tail as though inviting another spray, so I did it again. Then he scampered off and I continued my work. In a few minutes here he comes, this time with six friends! They were all there on the tree near me and I proceeded to provide the water for their "pool party". They never did it again but unquestionably enjoyed themselves that day.
